Benjamin E. Grant joined the firm in 2009. Mr. Grant practices primarily in the areas of energy and public utility law representing public utility companies and electric transmission companies. Mr. Grant also represents business and individual clients in the areas of general civil litigation, creditor’s rights, and appellate litigation.

Mr. Grant received his B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Abilene Christian University in 2005. He received his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Grant was a law clerk for an attorney specializing in consumer bankruptcy and a summer clerk for Wagstaff, Alvis, Stubbeman, Seamster, & Longacre, L.L.P.

Mr. Grant is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
