Charlie Black's practice is primarily energy-related, but also covers banking, real estate, business associations, construction, and commercial issues. For the past twelve years, Mr. Black has represented wind developers, landowners, and lenders (as Texas counsel) in various aspects of wind energy development, including land rights and turbine procurement, construction, operation, environmental and regulatory review, power sales, interconnection, and financing of wind projects primarily in Texas and Oklahoma.
